As the S & L crisis deepens and becomes more expensive, more information is
being discovered by Rob Widdowson. He explains the complexities of the
situation, particularly the role the government played in the matter,
especially how the government frequently made matters worse with its
interventions, and how the S & L owners violated the laws by trying to get
around the government efforts.
